Practice for everyday life

Guidance built around the person in front of him.

Prinand A.V. in a seated yoga practice
Practice that meets people where they are.

Prinand has been teaching since 2018, working across corporate, studio, school and online settings with people at different stages of life and practice.

His work brings together yoga, mobility, breathwork, meditation and pain-aware movement education. The emphasis is practical: clear instruction, thoughtful options and programmes that can fit around a working life rather than asking people to perform for the mat.

From first-time students to desk-based teams, his approach stays inclusive and individualised. The aim is to support comfort, confidence and a more sustainable relationship with movement—not to promise a cure or a perfect pose.

Workplace wellbeing

Corporate and desk-based programmes

Prinand has experience delivering wellness sessions for employees and teams associated with Amazon, TCS, Airbus, Huawei and Eicher through direct and partner-led engagements. Formats include desk yoga, posture and mobility, breathwork, meditation and stress-management workshops.

How sessions are shaped

Practical for mixed teams

Each session is adapted for desk-based work, mixed fitness levels, time-limited schedules and online delivery. The focus stays on useful practice rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.

Beyond labels

Yoga is not a performance, a personality or another lifestyle label.

The Unbranded Yoga makes room for a more practical kind of practice: movement that respects capacity, breathwork for an ordinary day, and awareness that helps people respond to themselves with greater care. It is yoga without the pressure to look a certain way.

A founder note

Meaningful teaching is measured in the small changes people can carry with them: moving with more ease, breathing with more awareness, resting more fully and returning to their own capacity with respect.

Important note about wellbeing guidance

Programme guidance is educational and supportive; it is not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. It does not replace care from a doctor, physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian or other qualified professional. Please discuss health conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, injury, severe symptoms or other important concerns with the appropriate provider before participation.
